Shipping Note: This product ships via freight. A liftgate is required for delivery (a platform on the back of the truck to lower the item to the ground). A $110 liftgate service fee will apply.

Frequently asked questions

Because pool kits are heavy/bulky, they ship via LTL Freight. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment window. You must be home to sign for the delivery. We will send you freight instructions for you to review so you know what to expect.

Most in-stock kits leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Transit time varies from there, but on average ends up being 5-10 business days. Once your pool kit ships we will update you with the tracking information!

Our kits are designed for DIY installation, but it is a labor-intensive project. Most customers complete it over a weekend with 2–3 friends.

If you aren't comfortable with manual labor, we recommend hiring a professional installer.

This kit includes the pool wall, frame, liner and skimmer. If you are not replacing an existing pool, we would recommend adding on a pool filter and ladder.
