National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC is a family owned and operated swimming pool and hot tub supply business! We started as a traditional mom and pop retail store in 1982, and in 2001 opened our first e-commerce site. We believe in all of the goods we sell, and wanted to share that knowledge Nationwide!
Operations
We own and ship out of a very large warehouse that is connected to an office where our customer service team is based. This means that not only does our CS team have expert knowledge, we also have the ability to physically check and touch an item when doing research for our customers benefit. Roughly 90% of our items are sold and shipped directly from our warehouse in Wisconsin, while the rest is shipped directly from our trusty manufactures who are located in North America.
