National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC is a family-owned and operated business specializing in swimming pools and hot tub supplies. We began our journey in 1982 as a traditional mom-and-pop retail store and expanded to an e-commerce platform in 2001. We take pride in the products we offer and are passionate about sharing our knowledge with customers nationwide.
Our mom & pop shop was created by Dave, who has worked tirelessly, along with his wife Paula, for the last 41 years, creating the business to what it is today. Over the past few years, their daughters Margaret and Katherine have taken over the daily operations of the business and continue to strive to be a great company to not only patrons but also a great place for our team members.
Operations
We own and ship out of a large warehouse that is connected to an office where our customer service team is based. This means that not only does our customer service team have expert knowledge, we also have the ability to physically check and touch an item when doing research for our customers' benefit. Roughly 90% of our items are sold and shipped directly from our warehouse in Wisconsin, while the rest are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturers who are located in North America.

We have a great team we provide with continued education and support so that they can best help you, our customer! You will find we have a core group of Full-Time staff that will be the most educated and able to help you with more complex issues. Some of our employees have been with us for over a decade! We also have an absolutely fantastic group of seasonal staff members that come in the summer to help us get your orders shipped and questions answered as quickly as we can!
