Shipping & Returns

 

 Return Policy

 All returns must be approved via email: info@ShopNDPS.com or by logging in to your account and requesting a return. 

30 Day Return Policy: If you need to return your purchase, we will gladly accept your unused & unopened merchandise back within 30 days of day item shipped. Purchases can be sent back for a refund to original form of payment used or store credit. Item must include all original parts & manuals and must not fall in our "Non-Returnable Items" category. 

-Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Shipping charges for the product being sent back & shipping charges originally paid by National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC for the product to the customer is then the responsibility of the customer. Open or used equipment is not returnable.

-Please allow up to 10-14 business days after you have shipped back your return for the refund to be processed.

-If an order or item was returned and not in pristine brand-new condition based on our judgment, the customer is subject to a restocking fee or no refund depending on the condition of the item and if it is outside of the return window. 

 

Non-Returnable Items: Special Order items, all Pool Chemcials and Hot Tub Chemicals, Installed Pool Steps/ladders, In Ground and Above-ground Pool Liners, Safety Pool Covers, Above Ground Pools and Tarp Winter Covers that have been taken out of the box. 

***If you return an item to us that falls under the categories above you will not receive a refund nor will we ship the product back to you.  

  • Stock Safety Cover sizes have a base $40.00 restocking fee, additional fees may apply depending on the condition of the cover once it is returned and any missing hardware or packaging. 
  • Stock Sun-domes have a 25% base restocking fee, additional fees may apply

 

How To Return Merchandise If your item is still within the 30 day return policy and has been approved by an associate via email, you are eligible for a return and refund. All returns must be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx at customers responsibility. They must be dropped off at the transit company within the 30 day return policy. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. National does not reimburse for any freight costs.

All re-delivery fees, refusal fees and/or incorrect address at the customers fault will be at the responsibility of the customer and will be taken out of refund.

 

Shipping

All orders over $50.00 will receive FREE shipping & no handling fees.  Orders under $50.00 will incur a flat rate shipping and handling fee of just *$9.99.

*Flat rate may be $12.99 if you are located in these states due to the rising cost of shipping: CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT & NM. 

NOTE: this only applies to orders shipped within the 48 United States.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect when I receive it?

If your item is damaged because of shipping damages OR if you received an item different from what you ordered please contact our customer service team right away via email: info@shopndps.com or 866-736-0732.

*We need to be notified within 24 hours of the products delivery of any possible product damage or incorrectly shipped items. If you are there when the shipment is being delivered and the package looks like it has been damaged (chemical spill, hole in the box, crushed box) please take pictures and refuse the shipment and National Discount Pool Supplies will replace your order.  National will not be held responsible for any products that come damaged that were not alerted to us before the 24 hour period is up.  National Discount Pool Supplies will also not be held responsible for incorrect items shipped that we were not notified of within that 24 hour period.   If the products are damaged do not dispose of the shipping box as we will need it to file a claim.  National Discount Pool Supplies is not responsible for the potential weather or unforeseen issues the shipping carrier may experience while the order is in transit. 

If the box your item has been shipped and it doesn't look damaged and your merchandise is still defective, give our customer service team a call within 10 days of receipt of product at 1-866-736-0732.

Package lost in transit

Lost Shipment? Here's What to Do. While we hope it never happens, if your shipment gets lost during the transit and delivery process, please let us know right away. We'll collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate the problem and file any necessary claims. Please keep in mind that National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC is not responsible for any lost shipments or deliveries. Nevertheless, we're committed to helping you find a solution.

 

How do I modify an order?
Due to how quickly our team processes & ships orders changes cannot be made to an order after it has been placed. Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed, however we can alter the billing address if it was entered incorrectly.  If the entered shipping address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped National Discount Pool Supplies is not responsible for any return shipping fees, stop shipment fees or responsible if the order is a loss.

Why was my order cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel any order.  Your order may be cancelled if the billing and shipping addresses are different and cannot be verified.  We check for fraudulent orders, and because of this we have a strict policy when it comes to different billing and shipping addresses.  If your billing and shipping addresses are located in different states your order may be automatically cancelled.
