Cancelling a Special Order Item
Special order items, such as safety pool covers, in-ground pool liners, sun domes, and certain parts, cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased. These items are produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please contact us if you need to confirm whether an item is considered a special order. 
 
What are my shipping & handling costs?
  • Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $50.
  • Due to increased shipping costs, the flat rate fee may be $10.99 for orders shipped to CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT, & NM.

What if my item is defective after the 30 day exchange period?

Please give us a call at 866-736-0732 or email us at: Info@ShopNDPS.com with any questions on manufacture's warranty.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item in your order is out of stock and we have no suitable substitutes, we will ship the available items and either refund you for the missing item or ship it separately as soon as it becomes available (if we expect it to be restocked quickly).

  

When will my item ship?

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Safety pool covers may take 2-14 business days to ship, depending on size, style, and color. Please contact us for current shipping estimates.
  • Pool kits typically take 4-6 business days to ship.
  • Special order items may have longer shipping times. Please contact us for an estimated shipping time for special order items.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates and reflect the time it takes for your order to be shipped after it has been processed, not from the time the order was placed.
  • Transit times are in business days and may be affected by weather and holidays.
  • Your order may be shipped via FedEx or UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

How can I pay for my merchandise?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay for online orders. We also accept checks for orders over $500. Please contact us at 1-866-736-0732 or info@ShopNDPS.com before sending a check to confirm your order total. 

The Product I am ordering states it will be shipped via Freight Truck. What does this mean?

If you're order is being shipped freight please click here to view important instructions on freight deliveries.

Above-ground pools, pool packages, and larger chemical packages will be shipped via freight. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the freight carrier to schedule delivery.

  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of order.
  • If liftgate service is not requested, you will need assistance unloading the shipment.
     

If Lift Gate service is not used, you may need additional help to unload the shipment. Swimming pools come on pallets and shrink wrapped. You will need to break down the pallet and unload the individual boxes.

Hazardous Shipments

We reserve the right to cancel any pool chemical order deemed hazardous to ship due to the size of the order or the chemical combinations within the order.

In no way may National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC be held liable for misuse of these products. The warranties do not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect and/or alterations. We will not be held liable for any bodily injury from the use of any products. Some photos are for illustration purposes only

Do you have a printed catalog?

At this time we do not have a printed catalog, all of our available items can be found on our online website.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

National Discount Pool Supplies is located in Wisconsin and we abide by Tax Regulations as we ship across the continental US.  You may be required to pay sales tax in the states below:

Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.  This list is subject to change at any time. 

Are you a tax-exempt organization?  

Follow these two steps:

  1. Sign up for an account on our website. 
  2. Please email us at Info@ShopNDPS.com with your company's information along with the Tax Exempt form for review (and let us know that you signed up with an account!)

From there it takes approximately 1-3 business days for us to get your account set up to be automatically tax-free.  Please contact us for any questions you have. 

 

Product Warranties

All products are backed by the original manufacturer's warranty. For issues within 30 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

After 30 days, any warranty claims must be processed directly through the manufacturer. We are happy to provide you with the necessary manufacturer contact information and warranty details.

Please note that once a product has been used, any technical or defective issues will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. We do not issue credits or refunds for products under manufacturer warranty.

 

Information on our Texting Program:

National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC operates a mobile messaging program subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
