Special Order items cannot be cancelled after purchase. This would include but not limited to: Safety Pool Covers and Inground Pool Liners, Sun Domes, parts etc. Once ordered special ordered items cannot be cancelled nor refunded - no exceptions.
These items are produced and shipped directly by a manufacturer. If you would like to check to see if your item is considered a special order, ask us and we would be happy to help.
What are my shipping & handling costs?
All orders over $50.00 will receive FREE shipping & no handling fees. Orders under $50.00 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of *9.99.
*Flat rate may be 10.99 if you are located in these states due to the rising cost of shipping: CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT & NM.
NOTE: this only applies to orders shipped within the 48 United States.
What if my item is defective after the 30 day exchange period?
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If any part of your order is out of stock and we don't have any substitutions your order will be shipped with the items we can fulfill and one of two things will happen: You will receive a refund OR the missing items will be shipped as soon as they come in (we will only do this in instances where we are expecting the product in quickly.)
When will my item ship?
Fast Shipping on In-Stock Items: All In-stock items ship in 1-2 business days, or less!
Safety Pool Covers take 2-14 business days to ship out depending on size, style and color. Call for current shipping times.
Pool Kits Pool kits take 4-6 handling days to ship out.
Special Order items may take longer depending on the item. If the item is marked special order item, please call or email for approx. Ship time.

All transit times are done in business days. Transit times may be effected by weather and holidays.
**Your order might be shipped via Fedex or UPS. Your order will be updated accordingly depending on which shipping carrier is utilized.
How can I pay for my merchandise?
National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Google Pay as forms of payment online. We accept checks for orders that total over $500.00, which you can send to us through the mail. Please call 1-866-736-0732 or email us: info@ShopNDPS.com before sending in your order by check to get an accurate order total.
The Product I am ordering states it will be shipped via Freight Truck. What does this mean?
If you're order is being shipped freight please click here to view important instructions on freight deliveries.
A. Above Ground Pools, Pool packages and larger “bulk” Chemical package deals will be shipped freight. When your large shipment has left our facility, you will be updated with a tracking number per the carrier who is delivering your item. You will be called at the number provided by the freight carrier to set up delivery.
Lift gate service is available for your order that is being shipped freight. Lift gate service can range anywhere from $50-$200 depending on weight and size of the shipment. Lift gate service must be requested at time of order. If you are placing a phone order, please tell the customer service representative you would like lift gate service. If you are ordering online, please put the request in the notes area. A customer service representative will contact you regarding the extra charge.
If Lift Gate service is not used, you may need additional help to unload the shipment. Swimming pools come on pallets and shrink wrapped. You will need to break down the pallet and unload the individual boxes.
What does it mean when it is noted by items that they are being shipped hazardous?
National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC reserves the right to cancel any pool chemical orders deemed to hazardous to ship due to the size of the order or the chemical combination(s) within the order.
National Discount Pool Supplies is an online retailer. We do not manufacturer any of the products on our website. In no way may National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC be held liable for misuse of these products. The warranties do not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect and/or alterations. Do you have a printed catalog?
At this time we do not have a printed catalog, all of our available items can be found on our online website.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
National Discount Pool Supplies is located in Wisconsin and we abide by Tax Regulations as we ship across the continental US. You may be required to pay sales tax in the states below:
Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. This list is subject to change at any time.
Are you a tax-exempt organization?
Follow these two steps:
- Sign up for an account on our website.
- Please email us at Info@ShopNDPS.com with your company's information along with the Tax Exempt form for review (and let us know that you signed up with an account!)
From there it takes approximately 1-3 business days for us to get your account set up to be automatically tax-free. Please contact us for any questions you have.
What type of warranty do your products carry?
1. Warranty Policy:
- If you are experiencing an issue with your item within 30 days of purchase please contact customer service for support. After 30 days any manufacturer's warranties apply.
- Products purchased through National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC that have an applicable warranty are processed and claimed through the manufacturer directly.
- Once a product has been used and is experiencing a technical or defective issue - any applicable warranty that the manufacturer would offer would take place from that point on. A credit will not be issued.
- If you have any questions on how to claim the warranty for your product before or after the sale please contact customer service and we would be happy to provide you information.
