Return Policy
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please request approval within 30 days of the item's shipment date. You can do this by emailing info@ShopNDPS.com or logging into your account.
- Eligibility: We accept unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging with all parts and manuals for a full refund or store credit.
- Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable:
- Special order items
- All pool and hot tub chemicals
- Installed pool steps/ladders
- In-ground and above-ground pool liners
- Safety pool covers
- Above-ground pools
- Tarp winter covers that have been removed from their packaging
- Restocking Fees:Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Stock safety covers: $40 base restocking fee (additional fees may apply)
- Stock sun-domes: 25% base restocking fee (additional fees may apply)
- Open or used items are non-returnable.
- Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in pristine condition may incur a restocking fee or be ineligible for a refund.
- Refunds: Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned item.
- Return Shipping: Approved returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the 30-day return window. National Discount Pool Supplies is not responsible for any return shipping costs, re-delivery fees, refusal fees, or fees incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $50. This fee may increase to $12.99 for orders shipped to CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT, & NM.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notification: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. You can reach us at info@shopndps.com or 866-736-0732.
- Shipping Damage: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take photos, refuse the shipment, and notify us immediately. We will replace your order.
- Defective Items: If the package is not damaged but the item is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
- Freight Shipments: For orders shipped via freight carrier, please review our specific instructions [link to instructions].
- Lost Shipments: While we are not responsible for lost shipments, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and file any necessary claims.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications: Due to our quick processing times, orders cannot be modified once placed. We can only change the billing address if it was entered incorrectly.
- Cancellations: To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged or shipped.
- Order Cancellation Reasons: We reserve the right to cancel any order. Orders may be canceled if the billing and shipping addresses differ and cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
