Returns & Refunds
Initiating a Return:
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date by emailing info@ShopNDPS.com or logging into your account.
Eligibility:
We accept unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging with all parts and manuals for a full refund or store credit.
Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items):
- Special order items
- Pool and hot tub chemicals
- Installed pool steps or ladders
- In-ground and above-ground pool liners
- Safety pool covers
- Above-ground pools
- Tarp winter covers once removed from packaging
- Open or used items
Restocking Fees:
- Stock safety covers: $40 base restocking fee (additional fees may apply)
- Stock sun-domes: 25% base restocking fee (additional fees may apply)
- Other items returned outside the 30-day window or not in pristine condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping:
Approved returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the 30-day return window. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Undeliverable Orders:
If an order is shipped to the address provided by the customer and the carrier is unable to deliver it, the customer will be charged a mandatory restocking fee of 10–20% of the order total and may also be required to cover any shipping charges incurred.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will reflect any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
Shipping
Free Shipping:
Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Flat Rate Shipping:
Orders under $75 are subject to a $10.99 shipping and handling fee, which may increase to $12.99 for shipments to CA, WY, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, AZ, UT, and NM.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Notification:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Reach us at info@shopndps.comor 866-736-0732.
Shipping Damage:
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, take photos, refuse the shipment, and notify us immediately. We will replace your order.
Defective Items:
If the item is defective but the package was not damaged, contact us within 10 days of receipt.
Freight Shipments:
For orders shipped via freight carrier, please review our freight instructions before contacting us.
Lost or Stolen Items:
While we will work with the carrier to investigate lost shipments, we are not responsible for items once marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and consider shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the package.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications:
Orders cannot be modified once placed due to quick processing times. The billing address may only be corrected if entered incorrectly.
Cancellations:
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged or shipped.
Order Cancellation Reasons:
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- The billing and shipping addresses differ and cannot be verified
- We suspect fraudulent activity
