The pool skimmer "Gizzmo" absorbs the pressure from expanding ice and prevents your skimmer from cracking. When ice forms, the skimmer gizzmo takes the pressure so your skimmer doesn't crack. Screws into your skimmer and acts as a water tight plug along with protecting your skimmer. Has 1-1/2" and 2" male threads. Protect your Pool Skimmer from Ice damage Has both 1-1/2" & 2" threads. Protect your InGround Swimming Pool Skimmer from Ice damage.
